ASARPI is a hybrid nonprofit Pan-African and growing Pan-education policy advocacy think tank globally headquartered in Mauritius with branches in South Africa, Namibia, and beyond. Founded in 2017 in Namibia by the celebrated Prof. John H. Stanfield II, ASARPI is coordinating scholarships and dedicated to bringing established and emerging African, African American, Asian, Middle Eastern, European and Latin American diaspora-based scholars, artistic professionals and public sector policy leaders together to leverage transnational dialogues.
