ASARPI is delighted to share that Ms. Harshitha Nayar, our Research and Development Associate, has been accepted into the prestigious Kautilya Fellowship Programme 2025. Organized by the India Foundation, an independent research center focused on India’s polity, this fellowship is designed to engage young global scholars and practitioners in a comprehensive study of India’s foreign and public policy. Through this program, Ms. Harshitha will have the opportunity to learn from thought leaders in government and experienced policy practitioners.
